These terms govern your use of the RREQUEST Visual Studio Code extension and its optional cloud-sync service (“the Service”), provided by Oleg Naumov (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RREQUEST is a REST-client extension for Visual Studio Code. It can operate entirely offline. An optional feature lets you sign in with Google to sync and share workspaces via your Google Drive, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to access data you are not authorized to access, to disrupt or overload third-party services, or to attempt to compromise the Service or other users' data.
Your use of Google features within the Service is also subject to the Google Terms of Service. The Service's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
